About St Isabel of France Pocket Saint

St. Isabel of France is the daughter of King Louis VIII of France and sister of St. Louis IX.  Known for her modesty and holiness, St. Isabel refused to marry and pledged to live a life of chastity consecrated to God.  She founded a convent and devoted her life to God.  She is the patron saint of the sick.
