🌟 About the 2023 design:

This year's Catholic Christmas Crackers give a nod to Mary’s role in the Nativity – using text from the Magnificat (or the Canticle of Mary) which Mary speaks during the Visitation when she is visited by Elizabeth as seen in the Gospel of Luke (1:46–55). 

To finish the story, a Nativity medal, pointing toward Christ's birth, is affixed to each cracker and metallic silver ribbon ties it all together.

Viewing Jesus’ Birth through the eyes of Mary is a beautiful way to prayerfully meditate on the Holy Family and Christmas – in fulfillment of the covenants, God sent his son through the Blessed Mother.

Christmas Crackers are pulled apart by two people which causes a friction snap to "pop", revealing goodies inside.  Each Catholic Christmas Cracker is handmade and is stuffed with:

• Prophecies of Jesus Button - Each cracker contains a surprise Catholic Button depicting a prophecy that Jesus fulfilled. The original artwork helps tell the amazing story of God keeping his promises by way of the Son.  Over 50+ buttons! Collect them all!
• Information about the prophecy - Share your faith and learn more! Each person will learn more about the prophecy depicted on their button with a folded slip containing verses showing the old testament prophecy and the new testament fulfillment from the Douay–Rheims translation of the Bible.
• Paper crown - What's a Christmas cracker without a paper crown!
• Slip with a joke & charade - Another Christmas Cracker tradition, jokes and charades are the perfect way to make your party lively! The jokes are your funny and corny jokes that are a staple of Christmas Crackers, and the charades are also fun!
