How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to ship most orders within 1-3 business days from when you placed it - this time is factored into the shipping times quoted at checkout.

As all items are handmade, processing time may be extended during busy seasons (such as during the Christmas Season). However, in most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks if you are located in the continental US.

How much is shipping?

We are proud to offer free US shipping on all orders $50+. Don't want to reach $50? No worries! For carts below this amount, we offer flat-rate US shipping of $4.99.

In addition, we also offer a host of shipping methods from various couriers if you want something a bit more speedy or a specific courier. These shipping methods are quoted at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Though we are positive that you will love your order, as a small, family-run Catholic business, we care about YOU and want to make sure you love the products we hand made for you – that’s why we have a generous 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return and refund on qualifying orders, just pay return shipping. I want to carry your products in my store! Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes! We are proud to build our retail partners as we support local Catholic shops! We offer wholesale pricing for approved retailers! Visit our wholesale page for more information and to complete the application - you will hear back within three days with more information and next steps!

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or to other countries?

Yes & yes! Please see our shipping policy page for more detailed information. For international shipments, we do not include duties and fees as those can vary widely from country to country. Therefore, you are responsible for any local duties and customs fees.

Can I request a custom Pocket Saint™?

Yes! We custom-make Pocket Saints™ for people all the time! Drop us a note below with your favorite saint! The completed design will be added to our catalog so there is no obligation to purchase up front! We will send you a custom link with photos where you can purchase if you love the design.

Can I pay in installments?
